We offer technical seminars for training our customers in the use of the catalyst and hydrogenation techniques. These seminars have been successful with all levels of users of the catalyst – operators, engineers and plant management.

Can’t get that melting curve in specification? Need to lower your trans level in a base stock? These are the kind of problems we find solutions to, working closely with our customers. The knowledge of our experienced sales team is backed up by our own analytical and research laboratories, and custom designed software.
APPLICATIONS
The PRICAT range of catalysts for the hydrogenation of fats and oils is highly active and selective catalysts tailored towards specific applications. Catalysts are also used for the full hydrogenation of triglycerides. Guljag is building on almost 100 years of experience in the manufacture and application of catalysts utilized for the production of edible oils and fats and for the hydrogenation of fatty acids. The catalysts are immersed in hardened triglyceride and supplied in the droplet form enabling safe and easy handling, and contain typically 22% nickel.
